Cole Pallet Company manufactures pallets using green pine, mixed hardwoods and kiln dried southern yellow pine. We are a licensed user of the “Pallet Design System” software developed by the National Wooden Pallet and Container research lab at Virginia Tech. This design system allows customers to choose the right pallet for their use. Click on the icon below to see the results of a PDS designed pallet and contact us today for a quote.

Anticipating demand, Cole Pallet was one of the first pallet companies to install heat treating facilities in Tennessee. Our present sales consist of approximately eighty percent IPPC certified heat treated pallets. The demand for heat treated pallets has increased to the point we now have three heat treat units. We have the capacity to heat treat approximately 4,000 pallets per eight-hour shift.

Raw Material to Manufacture Pallets
Cole Pallet recognizes the importance of an uninterrupted supply of pallets to our customers. We maintain approximately 1.5 to 2 million board feet of raw materials going into the winter months. This back-log of raw material assures material availability during inclement weather when logging is not possible.
